3 original recipes to prepare your hot chocolate

  • Dark chocolate (about 100 g, chopped)
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of chili powder
  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. Add the chopped dark chocolate and stir until completely melted.
  3. Add sugar to taste and mix well.
  4. Stir in the cinnamon powder and a pinch of chili powder.
  5. Continue stirring until everything is well combined.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.

  5. Add the strips of orange peel to the mixture and let it infuse for about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the cinnamon stick and orange peel strips from your chocolate.
  7. Serve the hot chocolate, washwith whipped cream and chocolate zest if you’re craving it.
