Now, a new beauty trend is making waves – dolly makeup. This style shares similarities with Chinese douyin makeup and Japanese gyaru makeup but emphasizes wearability. Think of it as softer, more feminine makeup suitable for daytime. The key aspect of the dolly look is creating the illusion of larger eyes. Since this look focuses on enhancing your inner femininity, it makes sense that the eyes rely heavily on soft pink shades. Start by sweeping a light matte pink all over your eyelids as a base. Now that there’s a chill in the air, creators are warming up their latte looks with shades of rustic orange and cinnamon brown — and it’s catching on, as evidenced by the 9.5 million views on the #pumpkinspicemakeup.

Much like its predecessor, latte makeup, this look is about capitalizing a singular color palette for all features of the face. But rather than a caramel color, the pumpkin spice latte makeup is focused on orangey, spice-toned hues. While orange makeup doesn’t necessarily sound flattering, you’re in for a surprise. This trendy look is a great way to warm up your facial features and evokes the feel-good vibe of the season.

Of course, shades of orange — including deep auburn, copper, and rust — are essential for this look, but like a good recipe, this calls for more than one ingredient, or rather, makeup color.
