Color Kill: Pure Matte Lipstick

This is the LONGEST LASTING lipstick I’ve ever tried (As far as a traditional lipstick). However, it did last about the same as a liquid lipstick. I was genuinely surprised by how long it lasted. I went the whole day without retouching it, and it still looked pretty fresh. It’s very comfortable once it’s on and it is like a thick creamy type of texture when you rub your lips together, and overall you don’t feel it on. High pigmentation at its finest. One swipe and you’re done. ColorKillMakeup Matte Lipstick keeps in perfect condition and doesn’t dry out your lips whatsoever.

ColorKill is a super cool Indie lipstick company with the cutest packaging. Color Kill Makeup was so kind to send me their entire line of their Pure Matte Lipstick to review. They work with a chemist who has almost two decades of experience in the color cosmetics industries to create their awesome cosmetics line “Color Kill.”

The illustration on the packaging is so super cute that you’d just have to see it! All the products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, paraben free and is never tested on animals. The lipstick itself comes in a solid classic black case with staying power. Bright & impactful. Such a glamorous matte finish.

$5 Mink Lashes?! — DODO Lashes Review

Hello Beauties, I got sent these beautiful lashes by a brand called Dodo Lashes. They sell 100% handmade cruelty-free mink lashes and the quality is amazing. They have many different styles and they sell them separately or in pairs of 4, 8 or 12. They are very affordable as well, ranging between $5 and $12 with free shipping over $30!

They sent me a bunch of styles including D115 and D105 and I am in love with them. They are 8 – 15 mm long and have a cotton band. You can wear these lashes up to 25 times (!!!) which is amazing as they only cost you $5. The style of these lashes is very classy and would be perfect for brides, prom looks or just an everyday natural beat. These lashes are super soft and lightweight.

The packaging looks very chic. It’s in an acrylic little box which you can slide the lashes out of on either side. The packaging is very easy to use and it’s perfect to keep storing your lashes in so they stay in perfect condition. The package makes it very easy to travel with in my opinion.

DODOLashes have a very thick band which means it is very easy to apply, and the thicker band ensures the lashes stay intact for a longer time. Plus, you can wear any of the lashes up to 25x with proper care. Overall I am completely satisfied with these lashes.

I’ve been using Philosophy Purity Made Simple Ultra-Light Moisturizer for couple of weeks now so I wanted to share my initial thought on the product specially since I been getting a lot of compliments on my skin.

Purity Made Simple Ultra-Light Moisturizer is a nourishing formula that is packed with good-for-you ingredients that deliver 24 hour hydration. You will automatically see a radiant, dewy complexion with less-visible pores.

This new moisturizer feels lightweight as it pumps out of the bottle, yet it has enough weight as it smooths onto skin as to not immediately disappear into the skin as it absorbs. It does absorb pretty quickly, though it does leave skin feeling hydrated and gives my skin a dewy finish.

By now, you know I am a crazy skin care junky. Taking care of my skin is my number one priority within my beauty routine. The less I need to cover up with makeup, the better. I immediately started reading about each individual product and quickly filled my cart with what I wanted to try first. It was a difficult decision — between the raving reviews for every single product and the cute sexy clever names, I was as indecisive as a kitty trying to choose whether or not to come into the house. But I finally settled on a few to try out and even got my twin something.
