It’s no secret that your brows are one of the most important features on your face. But unless you have years of makeup experience under your belt, filling in your brows to look as natural as possible is not an easy feat. Too much product can make them appear unruly and messy, but too little might not make a big enough impact. If this part of your everyday makeup routine is still full of mystique, you have come to the right place. We’re laying out the detailed steps and products you need to fill in your brows like a professional.
First things first, a shaped brow is a great place to start. If you are a beginner when it comes to eyebrow grooming, we recommend clicking here before you over-pluck. When it comes to actually filling in your brows, start by brushing each hair in place. When it comes to choosing the right shade, we always recommend your color match with your actual eyebrow color as much as possible. But if you ever have a doubt, it’s always better to go lighter than darker. If you want your brows to look fuller and denser, try opting for apowder formulation for a natural look. However, if you need to restructure your brow by adding an arch or extending the tail, a pencil is going to give you the best results. Just ensure this pencil is sharpened for the most natural results.
Whether you are wielding an arched brow brush or the pencil itself, it’s important to apply in light, hair-like strokes. Don’t apply too much pressure or it will end up looking too harsh. Additionally, be sure to follow the natural direction of your hair, working your way from the inner portion out towards the tail. After your brows are filled in, go back in with a spoolie or brush to blend out any harsh lines. You can choose to set your hard work by applying a setting spray or by using a clear brow gelto keep your look intact.
Reneé Rapp is known for many things, including her role in “The Sex Lives of College Girls” andher stint on Broadway’s “Mean Girls,” as well as her latest single “Snow Angel” taking over the billboards. But acting credits and albums aside, Rapp is also known for being a superfan of the salad chain Sweetgreen. In 2022,a TikTok of her crying over her Sweetgreen order went viral, and since, then she has continued to be vocal about her love for the chain’s salads. “There is no Sweetgreen in Paris who do I have to kiss to make this happen,” Rapp once tweeted.
It comes as no surprise, then, that the actress and musician has decided to partner with Sweetgreen on a limited-edition salad. Appropriately named The Reneé Rapp Salad, the new menu item is inspired by Rapp’s go-to Sweetgreen order. Like the one she went viral for in 2022, The Reneé Rapp Salad consists of cabbage, tofu, cucumber, tomato, broccoli, and cilantro, but instead of rice, it calls for spring mix salad leaves, in addition to spicy cashew dressing. “I switched from lime cilantro jalapeno vinaigrette with hot sauce to the spicy cashew, which was a big deal in my household”.
“I don’t switch up at all. I eat the same things every single day pretty much,” the “Tummy Hurts” singer explains. “Being that I have a sensitive stomach, I can only eat certain things. So a lot of the bowl is just based on what my body can be fueled by during the day and at night.

The Reneé Rapp Salad is currently available at all Sweetgreen locations from now until Oct. 23, but if you don’t live anywhere near Rapp’s favorite salad joint, it’s worth re-creating at home.
To properly replicate it, you’ll have to nail the spicy cashew dressing, roasted tofu, and spicy broccoli. Luckily, Sweetgreen has publicly shared the recipes for bothits dressing andits tofu on TikTok, while one employee divulged the recipe for the spicy broccoli on Reddit. The key ingredient in each one seems to be the “signature umami blend.” (You can find a similar seasoning at Trader Joe’s, and on Amazon, and spice brand McCormick also sells a version of it.) When you put all these components together, you end up with a hearty salad with a bit of heat and a satisfying crunch. It’s easy to see why Rapp orders it so often because it’s that tasty.

The Final Verdict
If you’re looking for something fast, uber-healthy, and far from heavy, the guilt-free Reneé Rapp Bowl is just the front-row ticket you seek. While it’s hard to imagine this salad being filling for eaters with hearty appetites, you’ll feel rather good after eating one. It’s a nice change of pace, even for us.
As for how this bowl lines up with the sweet sounds of Reneé Rapp’s music? We don’t want to “Talk Too Much,” but it’s safe to say it won’t cause any “Tummy Hurts,” as it’s far from being “Poison Poison.” So, What Now? Well, we suggest grabbing this tasty new salad soon, because it won’t be on tour forever.
If you still don’t know what face tapping is, it’s time to start doing it.
This technique, which consists of gently tapping your face while saying affirmations, has many benefits, and although it sounds strange and looks weird, it helps calm stress and anxiety levels to improve your mood.

What is tapping?
Tapping is a technique that mixes Chinese acupuncture and some elements of modern psychology. It consists of giving small taps with your fingers in different strategic parts of the body while saying positive phrases about yourself. It is a quick tool to regulate our mood and calm our anxiety because it only takes a few minutes, and the results are almost immediate.
It is ideal to be able to do it ourselves, we only need our fingers, to know the specific points and the phrases and thoughts to say to release our emotions and feelings.

How to tap?
As mentioned tapping is relatively easy, you need 3 to 10 minutes to see results and feel calmer.

The first thing you need to do is recognize how stressed or anxious you feel at the time, on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is not stressed at all and 10 is super stressed.
Then you must give yourself small blows under the little finger, where your hand joins the wrist, that fleshy part, while you give yourself the blows you must say your affirmation three times … An example is: “Even though I am stressed, I love myself, I accept, and know that everything is going to be okay.”
Then, you must tap five to seven times, before moving on to the next place, and repeat another phrase, an example is “I let go of all the stress” or “I allow everything to flow”.
The points to touch are:
The head
The eyebrows
The side of the eye
Under the eyes
Under the nose
Chin
The collarbone
The chest
Under the armpits
Repeat this sequence of strategic points and blows, until you feel calmer and that number on the scale from 1 to 10, decreases.
Tapping is not the solution to all our problems. Although it is a tool of great help to reduce our stress day by day, and we can do it as many times as we want as long as it does not harm us, remember that it is always important to see a specialist.
Now that you know Tapping and how it can help you improve your mood, it’s time to put it to the test and see how you feel calmer and more relaxed, after tapping yourself and repeating your affirmations.
Who doesn’t love having wavy hair full of life? But then we remember that the constant use of hot tools such as curling irons and irons can damage the structure of the hair. The good news is that there are creative alternatives that will help you achieve perfect waves without heat and without damaging your hair, as well as being very fast.
At TikTok, we have discovered hacks to get those coveted waves without applying heat. Your hair will say thank you. You can apply each one to see which one works best for you.
TikTok made me do it: make waves without heat with these hacks
Socks on top
This trick is very simple because you can achieve it with something you have at home: that’s right, socks. It’s time to take advantage of those that have no peers and you thought to throw. Divide the hair into several strands and start by rolling a section of your hair in, as if it were a homemade curling iron. Secure the ends of the sock to hold the hair in place. Then, sleep with these makeshift curlers and, upon waking, unroll them to discover soft, natural waves.
Flexi rods are like the magic wand of waves. They are soft and supple, which makes them ideal for curling your hair without the need for heat. Unlike the previous one, in this one, you do not need to divide into so many sections. Simply take a large tuft, wrap it around the flexion, and secure the ends. You can put one in front and two in the back.
Leave them on while you sleep, or wait a few hours with them. When unrolling, your curls will be as spectacular as if you had used a hot plier.
If you are looking for a super simple solution, this method is perfect. You can use a curling rod, the bow of your nightrobe, or a legging. Arrange the strips and with slightly damp hair, take one of the ends and wind around a strand of hair, as if you were making a small braid. Secure the ends of the strip with a knot or elastic band so that it is well secured.
It’s time to imitate your mom when she was grooming in the 90s. Divide your hair into sections, depending on how many tubes you want to use. Take a strand and wrap it carefully around the tube, forming a curl. Secure the ends with a band or clip to hold it in place.
Continue this process with each section of your hair until all the tubes are in place. Now, get ready for a night’s sleep while the magic is done. Despite the awkward appearance, you will be surprised how comfortable it is to sleep with them.
