Gracie Abrams’ effortlessly chic, minimal smokey eye – a look that’s been living rent-free in our minds all week. Striking the perfect balance between sultry and understated, this makeup works for any occasion, seamlessly taking you from day to night. Lucky for us, Abrams’ makeup artist, Emily Cheng, shared the exact products behind this look, and we’re breaking down every must-have below. Because let’s be honest – this is one beauty moment worth recreating.

Starting with a fresh, natural base, apply the Hourglass Veil Skin Tint foundation using a fluffy brush for a seamless finish. Follow up with the Vanish Concealer, blending it under the eyes and in the center of the forehead. Instead of heavy bronzing or bold blush, opt for a soft contour to lightly sculpt the cheekbones, nose bridge, and jawline, keeping the look understated.

Gracie is known for her perfectly feathered brows, so grab a tinted gel to brush up and set your brows into place. For the eyes, start by tightening the upper lash line with a black eyeliner pencil to create a subtle definition. Then, use the same pencil to accentuate the inner corners softly. To keep things balanced, switch to a brown eyeliner and lightly trace the rest of the lower lash line for a softer, more natural finish. Gently smudge the lower liner upwards using a clean finger.

Now, it’s time to build the smokey effect. Use a matte medium brown eyeshadow to elongate the outer crease, blending it outward. Then, take a deeper brown shade and apply it to the outer and inner corners of the lid to add dimension and depth. To complete the look, line your lips with the Hourglass Shape and Sculpt lip liner in the shade Candid.
