Moon breathing is a very popular meditation technique that can help you fall asleep. It may sound a little crazy, but it’s effective.

It consists of covering your right nostril and only breathing through the left. Having a controlled and conscious breath has a positive effect on the nervous system. It sends signals that things are relaxed and peaceful.

To do this, you must sit with your back straight, close your eyes, relax your shoulders, and start with your controlled breathing. Repeat the process for a few minutes until you feel more relaxed.
