We love our matcha lattes at BeautyLeeBar, but some days require coffee (IYKYK). We decided to start drinking coffee again due to amberaliyaa on TikTok. Whenever Amb makes her iced coffee at home, it looks deliciously good. Today, we are making Strawberry Iced Coffee, a perfect blend of sweetness and caffeine for such occasions. This drink has a simple iced coffee base with a blended frothy strawberry milk to top it off. We used freeze-dried strawberries to make this strawberry protein milk, but that’s not the best part—you can make this milk with blueberries, raspberries, or any of your other favorite fruits. Your mornings deserve the best coffee recipe, so why not use this one? AMEN. Get the recipe below.
1. Add the freeze-dried strawberries into a blender or a food processor. Blend until all the chunks are ground into a powder.
2. Add the Premier Protein Vanilla Shake to the powdered strawberries and blend until smooth and creamy. (For a frothy texture, warm the Premier Protein Vanilla Shake for 30 seconds and blend it with the strawberries using an electric hand frother.)
3. In a large cup, add your ice and the french vanilla syrup. Pour in the Javvy Caramel Coffee.
4. Top the coffee off with the strawberry milk and stir everything.
About six years ago, Taylor Swift posted on her Instagram the photo of one of her favorite homemade desserts, which prepared her fans for the secret sessions of 1989 and quickly became a classic. Little time passed for the swifties to start asking Taylor for the recipe for her chai cookies, and she shared it through a post on Tumblr.

Every year, hundreds of people try to recreate the viral recipe and even upload videos of its process to Instagram and TikTok. This 2023 is no exception, and since autumn is a perfect time for thissweet and spicy flavor, today we share how to make cookies Taylor style.
The recipe is not complicated, and today we will share it with you so you can make your version of Taylor Swift’s Chai cookies.
Taylor Swift’s Chai Cookies Recipe…
As Taylor said in a post on Tumblr, there are two ways you can recreate this recipe, easy or difficult. For the easy one, all you have to do is buy a pre-made sugar cookie dough add a tablespoon of chai powder or an envelope of chai tea, and bathe them with Taylor’s special glaze, which we will tell you how to prepare later.
However, if you are one of those who love challenges and with a great pastry spirit, you can make the dough from scratch.
Ingredients for Taylor Swift chai cookies:
1/2 cup butter at room temperature.
1/2 cup vegetable oil.
1/2 cup granulated sugar.
1/2 cup icing sugar.
1 large egg.
2 teaspoons vanilla.
2 cups flour.
1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
1 <>/<> teaspoons ginger powder.
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder.
1/2 teaspoon allspice (also called coarse pepper or sweet pepper).
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder.
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder.
1/8 teaspoon of clove powder.
A pinch of ground pepper.
Do not worry if you do not find any of the spices: you can replace it with a little more cinnamon or simply eliminate it. We promise that your cookies will be delicious in any way.
The original recipe and the specific preparation instructions that Taylor uses were compiled by the blog Joy the Baker and here we bring it to you.
Preheat the oven to 176 degrees Celsius and prepare your tray with nonstick patchpaper
Using a mixer equipped with a popsicle attachment, whisk the butter into a large bowl on medium speed for about 1 minute. Add the vegetable oil. It may not be fully incorporated with butter, but it’s okay.
Add the granulated sugar, powdered sugar, and all spices. Beat to combine.
Add the egg and vanilla, beating at medium speed until completely incorporated.
Add the flour, baking soda, and salt at once with a wooden spoon or mixer on low speed.
The dough will be soft. Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for 15 minutes to make it easier to handle.
For large cookies, place 2 tablespoons of cookie dough on the baking sheet about 5 centimeters apart. For smaller cookies, use 1 tablespoon for each cookie. Press the dough evenly with your fingers or palm until it is half a centimeter thick.
Roll each ball into a small bowl of cinnamon sugar.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes for larger cookies or 8 to 10 minutes for smaller cookies.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes before transferring them to the racks to cool completely.
In a medium bowl, mix the frosting ingredients until you get a thick but spreadable consistency. Spread the frosting in the center of each cookie, leaving the edges without frosting (they must be already cold). Sprinkle with some fresh nutmeg if you have it.
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.

Reneé Rapp is known for many things, including her role in “The Sex Lives of College Girls” andher stint on Broadway’s “Mean Girls,” as well as her latest single “Snow Angel” taking over the billboards. But acting credits and albums aside, Rapp is also known for being a superfan of the salad chain Sweetgreen. In 2022,a TikTok of her crying over her Sweetgreen order went viral, and since, then she has continued to be vocal about her love for the chain’s salads. “There is no Sweetgreen in Paris who do I have to kiss to make this happen,” Rapp once tweeted.
It comes as no surprise, then, that the actress and musician has decided to partner with Sweetgreen on a limited-edition salad. Appropriately named The Reneé Rapp Salad, the new menu item is inspired by Rapp’s go-to Sweetgreen order. Like the one she went viral for in 2022, The Reneé Rapp Salad consists of cabbage, tofu, cucumber, tomato, broccoli, and cilantro, but instead of rice, it calls for spring mix salad leaves, in addition to spicy cashew dressing. “I switched from lime cilantro jalapeno vinaigrette with hot sauce to the spicy cashew, which was a big deal in my household”.
“I don’t switch up at all. I eat the same things every single day pretty much,” the “Tummy Hurts” singer explains. “Being that I have a sensitive stomach, I can only eat certain things. So a lot of the bowl is just based on what my body can be fueled by during the day and at night.

The Reneé Rapp Salad is currently available at all Sweetgreen locations from now until Oct. 23, but if you don’t live anywhere near Rapp’s favorite salad joint, it’s worth re-creating at home.
To properly replicate it, you’ll have to nail the spicy cashew dressing, roasted tofu, and spicy broccoli. Luckily, Sweetgreen has publicly shared the recipes for bothits dressing andits tofu on TikTok, while one employee divulged the recipe for the spicy broccoli on Reddit. The key ingredient in each one seems to be the “signature umami blend.” (You can find a similar seasoning at Trader Joe’s, and on Amazon, and spice brand McCormick also sells a version of it.) When you put all these components together, you end up with a hearty salad with a bit of heat and a satisfying crunch. It’s easy to see why Rapp orders it so often because it’s that tasty.

Cut the broccoli into bite-size pieces, and coat with sunflower oil, umami seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine, then transfer to an oven-safe baking dish.
Bake the broccoli and tofu for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the dressing by blending together the salt, garlic, cilantro, sesame oil, ginger, rice wine vinegar, maple syrup, red pepper flakes, cashew butter, and lime juice along with water and umami seasoning.
To assemble the salad, start by shredding the cabbage and deseeding and slicing the cucumbers. Then, chop up the red onions, cilantro, and tomatoes.
Add the spring mix to a large bowl, and top with the veggies, spicy broccoli, and roasted tofu.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss to combine, and enjoy!
The Final Verdict
If you’re looking for something fast, uber-healthy, and far from heavy, the guilt-free Reneé Rapp Bowl is just the front-row ticket you seek. While it’s hard to imagine this salad being filling for eaters with hearty appetites, you’ll feel rather good after eating one. It’s a nice change of pace, even for us.
As for how this bowl lines up with the sweet sounds of Reneé Rapp’s music? We don’t want to “Talk Too Much,” but it’s safe to say it won’t cause any “Tummy Hurts,” as it’s far from being “Poison Poison.” So, What Now? Well, we suggest grabbing this tasty new salad soon, because it won’t be on tour forever.
Aside from a source of caffeine (sans the jitters), green tea has powerful mind, body, and beauty benefits like fighting inflammation and protecting your body against aging (thanks to vitamins B and E, it boosts collagen production), and it has shown to boost your metabolism to burn fat as energy quicker. Need more convincing to add the green powder into your daily routine? Below is how we make our matcha tea latte at home.

WHAT IS MATCHA?
Matcha powder is made up of ground-up green tea leaves. Instead of brewing a cup of tea with tea leaves, this is ground-up leaves that dissolve into warm/hot water. If you ever have the privilege of visiting Kyoto, Japan, be sure to go to a tea house and be sure to buy some beautiful matcha green tea powder for the road. The packets make great gifts and can be used to make this warm matcha latte or an iced matcha latte!
Though there’s not much that goes into making matcha tea, we have perfected how each of us takes our latte. It’s a staple at our home and in our BeautyLeeBar editorial meetings. The first time we had it, we immediately asked for the recipe and exact matcha and syrup. The almond milk and organic maple syrup make it slightly sweet (not too sweet though), and we serve them in these mugs—it’s such a treat, and now we are hooked on whipping one up every morning.
