Recreate Miranda Kerr’s viral acai smoothie

  • A collagen powder scoop (you can also find it as hydrolyzed).
  • 1 packet of frozen acai pulp.
  • 1 jar of Greek yogurt.
  • Coconut cream.
  • Almond milk.
  • Banana, blueberries and, if you find it, pitaya.
  • Optional: agave honey for sweetening.
  1. Cut your banana and pitaya.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, coconut cream, almond milk to your blender and stir.
  3. Add the banana, pitaya and blueberries.
  4. Add the packet of acai pulp.
  5. Mix everything until it has a thick, non-liquid consistency.
  6. If desired, add a splash of agave honey to sweeten.
  7. Top with extra coconut cream (chilled coconut cream makes for a better dollop!) and dust with more pitaya and blue majik powder. Enjoy!
  8. Serve in a glass and enjoy!

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A can of milkmaid
  • Half a cup of very cold water
  • Your vanilla pudding mix
  • Whipping cream
  • 3 large bananas
  • 2 packets of Maria cookies
  1. In a medium saucepan, mix the sugar and cornstarch until well combined.
  2. Gradually, add the milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook the mixture for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens and begins to boil.
  4. Once the mixture has thickened, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the pudding into a bowl and cover it with plastic film.
  6. Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours
