If you want to have super glowy skin like Miranda Kerr’s, what are you waiting for to recreate her viral acai smoothie?
Once again, Los Angeles supermarket Erewhon Market announced a collaboration with one of our favorite celebs, Miranda Kerr. The model’s new drink is an acai smoothie, rich in antioxidants and with a boost of collagen.
Erewhon launched her first collab last year, a coconut strawberry smoothie in conjunction with Hailey Bieber, and then Bella Hadid joined the trend with her version of mango, banana, and orange.
If you were wondering why you should recreate this drink, acai is one of the berries with more properties in nature. In addition to stimulating energy, it will help strengthen your immune system and fight aging. We pass you the recipe so you can make this smoothie and include it in your breakfasts or as your post-workout drink.
What you need:
- A collagen powder scoop (you can also find it as hydrolyzed).
- 1 packet of frozen acai pulp.
- 1 jar of Greek yogurt.
- Coconut cream.
- Almond milk.
- Banana, blueberries and, if you find it, pitaya.
- Optional: agave honey for sweetening.

Preparation:
- Cut your banana and pitaya.
- Add Greek yogurt, coconut cream, almond milk to your blender and stir.
- Add the banana, pitaya and blueberries.
- Add the packet of acai pulp.
- Mix everything until it has a thick, non-liquid consistency.
- If desired, add a splash of agave honey to sweeten.
- Top with extra coconut cream (chilled coconut cream makes for a better dollop!) and dust with more pitaya and blue majik powder. Enjoy!
- Serve in a glass and enjoy!
