Erewhon has been going off with celebrity smoothie collabs, and we’re here for it. From Hailey Bieber to Becky G, the beloved Los Angeles supermarket has been cranking out fun new drinks; and if you follow Erewhon or its many devotees on TikTok, it’s hard not to want to try them all.
Model and entrepreneur Miranda Kerr is the latest to drop a smoothie with the market, and she’s doing so to promote a new product in her skin-care line, Kora Organics. The smoothie is launching in tandem with the new Plant Stem Cell Retinol Alternative Moisturizer ($66); smooths wrinkles and firms skin while providing a boost of antioxidants and moisture-locking actives. A portion of the smoothie proceeds will go to the Organic Farming Research Foundation, which supports education and empowers the use of sustainable organic harvesting practices. (We love to see those smoothie dollars going to a good cause!)
Unfortunately, for those of us who don’t live in Los Angeles, Erewhon smoothies aren’t exactly accessible. And for those who do live in LA, the $17-$19 price tag makes them less accessible than most smoothies. Luckily, we secured the recipe (and made a few tweaks), so you can easily make this smoothie on your own.
While Erewhon smoothies are typically chock-full of niche superfoods or supplements (such as spirulina, collagen, lucuma, and more), the base ingredients are often easy to find at your local grocery store. While you may not be able to find every ingredient, you can still re-create each smoothie’s delicious flavor, and maybe even find a new favorite smoothie recipe. We already know the frozen antioxidant-rich Sambazon Açaí Superfruit Packs ($8), this recipe is already going to be a new freezer staple.
While the full ingredient list for this smoothie is quite fancy, the recipe, when boiled down (frozen down?) to the basics, is quite simple. Simply blend açaí plus frozen banana and blueberries with a little almond milk, coconut water, maple syrup, and vanilla collagen, like Copina Co. Vanilla Beauty Plant-Based Collagen Support Creamer ($30) — and there you have it.
To get the gorgeous Erewhon effect (we couldn’t resist), swirl the bottom half of the glass with coconut yogurt and E3Live Blue Majik ($45) spirulina extract, and top with a scoop of coconut cream and more spirulina sprinkles. Sweet sipping!
Category: Drinks; Smoothies Yield: 1 smoothie Total Time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS

- Optional Swirl:
1/4 cup dairy-free coconut yogurt
1 teaspoon spirulina extract - Smoothie:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
100 grams frozen açaí
1/4 cup coconut water
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 serving (about 1 tablespoon) vanilla collagen creamer
1/4 cup coconut cream (optional)
DIRECTIONS

- If you’re going for the optional swirl, spread the coconut yogurt around the bottom half of the glass and sprinkle with spirulina extract.
- To make the smoothie, combine all the ingredients, in the listed order, in a blender and blend until smooth. (Note: This recipe was slightly too large for my personal blender, so I had to use a full-sized one.)
- Pour the smoothie over the coconut swirl.
- Top with a scoop of coconut cream and more spirulina extract, if desired. Enjoy!
But wait…
Not only is the smoothie delicious and chock-full of premium ingredients that will make your skin glow, but all net proceeds will go to the Organic Farming Research Foundation in support of educating and empowering sustainable organic harvesting practices. We’ll drink to that!
An organic retinol alternative, the moisturizer is gentle enough to be used day and night and is formulated with antioxidant-rich Acai Stem Cells, rosehip oil, a natural peptide and ceramide blend, and a 5% active retinol alternative blend of bakuchiol and alfalfa.
Miranda Kerr’s KORA Glow Smoothie is available at all Erewhon locations and costs $19. It features a ton of nourishing and healthy ingredients that are inspired by the brand’s age-defying range including pure coconut, organic almond milk, vanilla plant-based collagen boost, blueberries, pitaya powder, and more.
If you’re going for the full Erewhon Instagram effect, we recommend freezing the scoop of coconut cream beforehand, so it stays intact. We know it sounds extra, but it saves you from flat coconut cream, which is what we ended up with the first time we made this delicious healthy smoothie.
